Chew food longer

When you chew longer, the air that is swallowed along with food (causes bloating and begging) will decrease. In addition, chewing food longer will make you eat smaller portions.

Get rid of soft drinks
There are two sources of gas in your digestive tract. First, the gas produced by bacteria in the intestine. Second is the air or gas that is swallowed when you eat or drink.

One of the most frequent causes is soft drinks. This type of drink contains air bubbles with carbon dioxide which will be released from the liquid when it reaches the digestive tract. To prevent constipation, you need to adequately meet the needs of fiber, regular exercise, and drinking enough water.

For fiber recommendations, women are encouraged to consume 25 grams of fiber every day and 38 grams a day for men.
